批次壓縮資料夾內所有 JPG / JPEG / PNG 照片，並可一鍵把 HEIC 壓縮轉成 JPG（不分大小、自動刪除原檔）。JPG 依目標比例逐步降畫質、PNG 無損最佳化並保留透明度；只有在真的變小時才覆蓋原檔，避免越壓越大。清爽圓角介面、可切換亮 / 暗配色、高 DPI 支援，執行中可隨時中斷。

Batch-compress every JPG / JPEG / PNG photo in a folder, and optionally convert HEIC to JPG with one toggle (any size, original deleted). JPG steps quality down toward the target ratio; PNG is losslessly optimized with transparency preserved; originals are overwritten only when the result is genuinely smaller. Clean rounded UI with light / dark themes, high-DPI support, and a stop button to interrupt anytime.

下載並安裝Download & Install

點擊上方下載按鈕取得 PhotoCompressSetup.exe，執行後依精靈指示安裝至 C:\Program Files\PhotoCompress。Click the download button above to get PhotoCompressSetup.exe; run and follow the wizard to install to C:\Program Files\PhotoCompress.

選擇目標資料夾Choose Target Folder

按「選擇資料夾」挑選含有 JPG / JPEG / PNG（及 HEIC）的目錄。程式會遞迴掃描所有子資料夾。Click "Choose Folder" and pick a directory containing JPG / JPEG / PNG (and HEIC). The app recursively scans all subfolders.

調整設定Adjust Settings

用兩個滑桿設定最小處理大小與目標壓縮比例；並可開關「HEIC 轉檔」（開啟時 HEIC 一律轉成 JPG），以及切換亮 / 暗外觀與文字大小。Use the two sliders to set the minimum file size and target ratio; toggle "HEIC→JPG" (on = always convert HEIC), and switch light / dark theme and text size.

開始壓縮Start Compress

按「開始壓縮」執行。執行記錄即時顯示每張圖片壓縮前後大小；過程中按鈕會變成紅色「停止」鈕，可隨時中斷（於目前檔案完成後停止）。Click "Start Compress" to run. The log shows each image's before/after size; while running the button becomes a red "Stop" button so you can interrupt anytime (it halts after the current file).

出現 SmartScreen 警告SmartScreen Warning Appears

執行下載的安裝檔後，Windows 會顯示藍色提示「Windows 已保護你的電腦」。這是 Defender SmartScreen 對未經 code signing 認證的應用程式提出的標準提示，屬個人免費軟體的正常現象。When you run the downloaded installer, Windows shows a blue "Windows protected your PC" dialog. This is the standard Defender SmartScreen prompt for unsigned applications — normal for free hobby software.

展開後右下方會出現新按鈕「仍要執行 (Run anyway)」，點下去，安裝程式就會正常啟動。完成安裝後再次執行軟體不會再跳出此警告。After expanding, click the new "Run anyway" button at the bottom-right; the installer will launch normally. After install, running the app won't show this warning again.
