鋁合金八大系列編號Aluminum Alloy Series Numbering

變形鋁合金(Wrought Aluminum)依主要合金元素,採國際四位數字牌號(AA 命名系統)區分為八大系列。Wrought aluminum is classified by its main alloying element into eight major series, using the international four-digit AA designation system. 牌號的第一位數字即代表合金分類,是選料、設計驗算與規格判讀的基礎。The first digit of the designation indicates the alloy category — the foundation for material selection, design calculation, and specification interpretation.

編號規則Numbering Rules 1XXX 系列的後兩位數字代表最低含鋁量的小數位 —— 例如 1050 即表示含鋁量 ≥ 99.50%。鋁合金另依加工方式分為「變形鋁合金」與「鑄造鋁合金」,本表為前者的國際牌號系統。The last two digits in the 1XXX series indicate the minimum aluminum content (as decimals) — e.g., 1050 means Al ≥ 99.50%. Aluminum alloys are further classified by processing method into wrought and cast alloys; this table covers the wrought-alloy international designation system.
強化方式Strengthening Method 2XXX、6XXX、7XXX 屬熱處理可強化合金;1XXX、3XXX、5XXX 則為非熱處理型,主要藉加工硬化(H 處理)提升強度。2XXX, 6XXX, and 7XXX are heat-treatable; 1XXX, 3XXX, and 5XXX are non-heat-treatable and rely on work hardening (H tempers) for strength.

五個Five關鍵重點Key Points

  1. 變形鋁合金以四位數字牌號分類,第一位數字即代表主合金元素系列。Wrought aluminum alloys are classified by 4-digit designation; the first digit identifies the main alloying element series.
  2. 系列對照 —— 1 純鋁、2 銅、3 錳、4 矽、5 鎂、6 鎂矽、7 鋅、8 其他。Series mapping: 1 pure Al, 2 Cu, 3 Mn, 4 Si, 5 Mg, 6 Mg-Si, 7 Zn, 8 others.

  5. 6XXX 擠型性最佳、最泛用於結構件(含自行車車架);5XXX 抗海水腐蝕性最突出。6XXX has the best extrudability and is most widely used for structural parts (including bicycle frames); 5XXX has the most outstanding seawater corrosion resistance.
